Each curry is made with potatoes, carrots, onions, and whichever meat Aki bought fresh that day!
Each ramen is made with a broth from stock based on chicken or pork, combined with a variety of ingredients such as pork bones, katsuobushi (skipjack tuna flakes), niboshi (dried baby sardines), beef bones, shiitake, onions, and kombu (kelp). He also makes vegan and vegetarian options.
Each bento box is filled with a bed of rice, pickles, eggs, salads, and either fish or meat depending on your choice on one side, and some fruit or a small piece of cake on the other.
